This allows developers, especially game developers, to easily create games with all the features that can run on Windows. Most users don’t even realize that DirectX works – it only works when you need to do it without notifying you. Otherwise, it is a little more complicated to interact and requires a development tool to control the sound and graphics (function () {(‘review-app-page-desktop’);}); DirectX is a technical tool that helps game developers to communicate with sound cards and graphics. Although it can be installed on any computer, most users never need it. It works when you play a game made with DirectX, and you’re done. You only need to know it better if you want to program yourself. It has one of the fastest execution processes in this category. What is DirectX for? DirectX is a set of Windows interfaces. A developer program for the DirectX API that allows your programs – usually games – to communicate properly with sound cards and graphics. This information cannot be communicated – there is an error window and if you program and make a mistake, it will appear here. You go back and fix it and the error goes away. Who needs DirectX? If you need DirectX, there are two situations. If you play games on your computer that require DirectX to function. You may already have. If you are programming things that require access to map and graph pages, you may also need DirectX.

Remember that DirectX is not the only tool of its kind. There are other APIs that work withgraphics cards, and many of them are more modern. You can compare it to a valid application like Runtime. This means that if you play or develop certain games or on a (possibly older) computer, you may need a technical tool that you don’t need, DirectX is a solid technology that has been around for years and is still evolving. Graphics and sound technology work very well (so it’s still very important, despite being very old), and the interface is still very useful in a very old-fashioned way. But most of us never see it – if you are not programmed, you will never have to open it, because it runs in the background and you don’t notice it. DirectX is not really the type of software you want or not. If necessary, you need to install it and it is quite a painless experience.
