Both obese girls Sandy Olson and Danny Zuko fall in love in the summer. When they suddenly find that they are now studying in the same high school, will they be able to renew their romance?

They spent time at the beach and when they returned to school they both didn’t know that now they were both in school at Rydell High. Danny is the leader of the T-Birds group, a group of black fat cats, while Sandy spends time with the Pink Lady group, a pink girl group led by Rizzo (Stockard Channing). When they collided with Rydell’s first rally, Danny wasn’t the same Danny from the beach. They try to look the same so they can be together.
